Sports day is a semestral event in HdB. In the second semester of 2014, residents and scholars from HdB went to Kyoto’s Imperial Palace Garden to play a game.
The game was based on a television program of treasure hunting. The players were divided in teams to compete among themselves. There were missions such as taking photos of specific places in the imperial garden, or climbing a tree.
Also, each player had a number on his or her back, if someone from another team sees it and reports the number to a Touban, the player with the reported number would be eliminated. So the teams had to run from each other and to discover the other team members’ numbers.
Many funny pictures were taken that day.
The teams got points for each of those activities, the points were counted in the end and the winner was decided based on that. Every team was given chocolate according to their position in the ranking. Everyone had fun outdoors.
